"A lovely wine that's refined, pure and long, despite an element of oak that merely serves to dry out the finish, while suggesting excessive ageing when top producers' 2021s are already in the market, if not already supped. Kirsch, bergamot, rosehip and cranberry. Hand picked, fermented 'lasagna' style (with 50% of fruit crushed atop the remainder) as whole bunches. The time on skins feels adequate, yet a little more courage will elevate this into the regional pantheon. As it stands, this is nipping at the heels."
