A wine that is far greater than its individual parts, with sweetness of fruit, sexy oak cladding, dutiful freshness and ample flavour without excessive reduction. Quelle miracle! Loosely knit without overdoing it. Licorice root, clove, cardamon and sappy kirsch to a blue fruited punch. For those in the market for stylised shiraz, this is very good."
