This year, more than ever, we all deserve to get together (socially distantly) to celebrate our amazing country and our ability to adapt to any challenge thrown at us.

Our resident chef, Scott from Fahrenheit Catering, will be in the house serving up plates of delicious Aussie lamb, chicken or vegetables.

Lamb Plate - $25
Lamb saddle spit roast, lamb and mint sausage stuffing, lemon myrtle labneh, green tomato relish and crusty ciabatta bread

Chicken plate - $25
Succulent woodfire roasted free range chicken, dill and lemon sausage stuffing, house made chutney and crusty ciabatta bread

Vegetable Plate - $25
Red bean and sweet corn empanadas, dill labneh, seared haloumi, red pepper and mushroom gremolata and crusty ciabatta bread

Each table shares
- wood oven roasted potatoes
- red grain, pickled fennel, rocket, beetroot and feta salad
- buttermilk cucumber and pink pepper salad
